Regular check item contents of generator set
Today we will briefly introduce the content of why the generator set needs to be regularly checked. If there is anything else you need to know about it, you can click "like" and pay attention to me. Next we will introduce the relevant information for you. Electric generator
The generator set should be checked regularly after running for a period of time, the long-line generator should be checked every 6-8 hours, and the standby generator should be checked again after shutdown. Parts to check can be: lubricating residue, air filter blockage indicator, coolant level, radiator and external ventilation, engine drive belt set, fuel supply, etc.
After the generator set runs for 50 hours, drain the water in the oil-water separator and check the electrolyte level of the starting battery. After 200-300 hours of operation of the new generator, it is necessary to check the valve clearance, check the fuel injector: after 400 hours of operation of the generator, it is necessary to check and adjust the transmission belt, replace it if necessary, check and clean the radiator disc, and discharge the oil sludge in the tank.
The oil and oil filter need to be changed every 600 hours or at least every 12 months of operation of the generator set. The frequency of the lubricating oil replacement cycle varies according to the quality and sulfur content of the different lubricating oil and the lubricating oil consumed by the generator.
Every 800 hours of operation of the generator set, the oil-water separator and fuel filter should be replaced, and the turbocharger should be checked for leakage, the intake pipeline should be checked for leakage, and the fuel pipeline should be clean. Adjust valve clearance after 1200 hours of operation. After every 2000 hours of operation, replace the air filter and coolant, clean the tank radiator plates and water channels. Check fuel injectors, check and clean turbochargers, check engine equipment after every 2400 hours of operation.
The generator set is a kind of mechanical equipment that can work for a long time. It emits a lot of heat when working in the engine room. The internal ventilation and heat dissipation requirements of the engine room are strict. Because generators require a lot of fresh air to operate, they are designed to meet the requirements. At the beginning of its design, it can meet the requirements of the cabin's relatively large exhaust and exhaust, a lot of noise will be diffused through the intake and exhaust to the outside of the cabin.
Well, that's all for this video, I'll see you next time
