Mounting too deep will increase intake and exhaust resistance, and the valve spring or lock clip will easily hit the lower end of the conduit when the valve is raised.

When running, it is often easy to send out a tapping sound similar to the valve clearance is too large. Serious often leads to early damage of parts. Too shallow installation will affect the valve and conduit cooling effect. Too deep or too shallow will make the valve to the lowest position, resulting in valve leakage. After replacing the conduit, if the clearance between the conduit and valve rod is too small, the valve conduit reamer can be used to hinged the inner hole of the conduit.

When hinged, should choose and adjust the dumpling knife according to the diameter of the valve rod, the amount of the knife can not be too large, the reamer should be kept flat, the edge of the hinged edge test match, until it reaches the appropriate clearance. In the absence of a valve reamer, fine valve sand can also be applied to the valve rod and the tube inserted for grinding until the requirements are met.
